Everything the property needs, from one crew.
Mowing, hardscape, drainage, planting and snow. One company across the whole year, so nothing falls between two contractors.
Split the property between contractors and you own the argument.
The most common thing we get called in to fix is not a bad build. It is the seam between two companies who each did their own part correctly and left the gap between them to the homeowner.
The patio guy grades away from the slab. The landscaper mulches the bed the water now runs into. The mowing company ruts the wet corner nobody drained. Every one of them did their job, and you still have standing water.
Running the whole property through one crew removes that. Drainage gets designed alongside the patio, beds get planted for the grade the hardscape created, and the crew mowing it in July is the crew that built it in May.
- Drainage designed with the build, not bolted on after the water shows up.
- One number for the property, instead of three quotes that do not quite meet.
- Same crew maintaining it, so problems get spotted before they are expensive.
- Nobody to blame, because there is only one company on the property.
What we do across Washtenaw County
Every service links through to published pricing, real photos and the answers to the questions people actually ask.

Weekly mowing, edging and trimming on a route we keep. Same crew, same day, blown clean before we leave.

Patios, walkways, fire pits and steps, built on a base that survives Michigan freeze-thaw instead of heaving.

Block, boulder and terraced walls with drainage engineered in, because water is what puts a wall on the ground.

Beds, trees and shrubs chosen for clay soil and real shade, planted into soil that was built first.
Water, seasons and winter
The work that is less visible and decides whether the rest of it lasts.

Standing water, wet basements and soggy corners. We find where the water is going and give it somewhere better.

Beds cut back, leaves off the turf and mulch down. Everything hauled away rather than bagged at the curb.

Seasonal and per-push plowing for drives and commercial lots, with a written trigger depth and salt where it is needed.

Design and quote hardscape over the quiet months and be first on the build calendar when the ground opens.
One property, one conversation
Tell us the address
One property, one visit. You do not need to know which service you need.
We read the whole property
Grade, soil, water and light, then what you actually want from the space.
One written plan
Priced by phase if it makes sense, so you can do it in stages instead of all at once.
One crew, all year
Built in spring, maintained through summer, cleaned up in fall, plowed in winter.
Service questions, answered
Do I have to use you for everything?
No. Plenty of our customers use us for one thing. The advantage of one crew is real but it is not a requirement, and we are not going to refuse a single bed because you have a mowing company you like.
Can a big project be done in phases?
Yes, and it is often the smarter way. We price by phase so you can do the drainage and the wall this year and the planting next, without paying twice for mobilization or redoing work.
Do you publish your prices?
Ranges, yes, on every service page. Exact numbers come after we see the property, because anyone quoting a hardscape job sight unseen is guessing. The ranges are there so you can tell an honest quote from a cheap one.
Do you serve commercial properties?
Yes. Grounds maintenance, seasonal cleanups and snow contracts for offices, lots and multi-unit properties across the county.
What areas do you cover?
Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Dexter, Saline, Ypsilanti, Grass Lake, Manchester, the Irish Hills, Brooklyn and Jackson.
